Watched it again yesterday. This is perhaps one of disney’s best examples of how character animation should be done.
Merlin is just great, the voice actor really did a great job, I just how he rolls his “R” when he talks. Archimedes also, here to the voice actor did a great job, you really get the owl-quality in his dialog. And then there is the animation ……… Daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaam.

One lipsync exercise to do, wich I’ll post here. And then we’re off dooing our short. I’m so excited.

Thursday (next week) it’s sketching till our fingers get numb.
Just a fast test for our graduation short. Needs softening and retiming at the end, form adjusting and better arcs. But it looks OK for a quick test.
