Gobelins here I come !

gobelins

Woooooooooooheeeeeeeeeee. I got accepted in the summerschool program over at Gobelins, you have no idea how excited I am. Bartel Bruneel, Emilie Timmermans and I have just finished our short ( well “finished” is a big word, we still have allot to do) But doing one minut and a half of full animation with around 20 characters including a 3D shot in 45 days is something to be proud of. The last week was very long and tiresome but we managed to pull through and even get a great score done by Joren Verfaillie and Emilie. I’ve learned so much by dooing this so I wanna thank Bartel and Emilie for this experience. I now have one week of “vacation”, but actually I’m trying to get a grip on a character called “phoebus”, the captain from The hunchback of Notre Dame. So I can use him when we get workshops over at Gobelins. I’m gonna try and post many updates during those 2 weeks, but I can’t promise anything. Another thing is that I’ve just started writing my next project, and it’s gonna be so great, I’ll see If I can put some stuff about it on this blog. This vacation is gonna be a very short but very productive period. I can’t wait.
